Mr. McNeill serves as a councilmember for the Town of Sunnyvale, Texas and as a member of the Finance Committee for the Sunnyvale Independent School District. He previously served as vice-chairman of the town's Planning & Zoning Commission. Mr. McNeill also serves as a deacon and in several additional roles at the First Baptist Church of Dallas, and as an adult leader in his local Cub Scout pack. He earned his Eagle Scout in 1993 while attending high school in Nairobi, Kenya. Mr. McNeill is a founder and sponsor of Criterion, a monthly forum focused on advancing the leadership and business skills of young entrepreneurs.
